Value of a Symposium to Consider L3C's
I've read Dana and Tom's postings on L3C with great interest. Do they and other list members think that there's enough potentially going on with this that I should approach Vermont Law School about a symposium issue of their law review on L3C, hybrids and related issues, particularly given Vermont's role? Margaret and I visited at VLS a couple of years ago and maintain strong ties there; the dean comes from a nonprofit law background and is growing nonprofit work there, and I think such a proposal would be taken seriously. Would Dana, Tom, Norm (recent paper on hybrids at ARNOVA) and others on the list be interested in participating if I proposed this to VLS?
