Recently Published Casebook by Elizabeth Schmidt: Nonprofit Law: The Life Cycle of a Charitable Organization

Earlier this year Professor Elizabeth Schmidt, who teaches at the University of Vermont, published an innovative teaching tool for courses in nonprofit law. She takes a "life cycle" approach to teaching about the subject, moving from development of the mission through creation, and on to problems that arise in the course of operations.
